What if Everything Seems Black?
Sometimes a lot in life can look dark. Where does the road go out of this dead end?
Let’s say you feel depressed.
You are terribly down, abandoned by all the positive thoughts you can usually find refuge in. What do you do then?
It may be about mind control, but if the pain is deep inside you, it can be very hard to fight free.
You need to become a free person in relation to what is the cause of the black thoughts. You need to create a great distance to the person (or persons) that is causing you to be so down.
Maybe you should make some changes in your life; get out on a trip, start exercising, get to know new people who are good for you. And you can think of the people who are good in your life.
I’m alone in a silent room. There is emptiness around me, emptiness inside me.
I’m trying to look through the ugly, gray haze.
I say to myself that I’m not lonely. I’m not alone, and I have a good time.
Because I have my children.
I have my life.
I have myself.
