Regarding my own creativity when it comes to writing, I have discovered that I am more creative at specific times of the day. Then, ideas come flowing like a board in the stream, and I can just start writing and receive what comes. This is my experience of when during the day I am most productive. This, of course, varies from person to person, what type of work one does and when during the day one experiences such bursts of creativity.

Moreover, I strongly agree that it is important to have a conscious relationship with how one approaches work tasks, and I think you offer great advice here, George, for those who want to be productive in their job.
