I like the direct way you write about abuse and narcissism. The obvious narcissist is easy to spot, when we finally stop being blind in one eye and manage to see through the narcissist's manipulation.

It is very important to write about this, so that more people can begin to free themselves from the narcissist's oppression.

Anyone who has been oppressed and subjected to psychological abuse must at some point rebel against the narcissist and acknowledge and put an end to his og her own submission.

But what when people who have been subjected to gross neglect and gross abuse, physically, mentally or both to survive with integrity - what when he or she themselves begins to resemble a mental abuser?

Exciting topics to explore in relation to this are eg:

What is a healthy, good relationship without manipulation?

Can we have such a relationship without manipulation?

How can we practice performing without manipulation?
